Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of Skylar & Rafael Missions at skylarmissions.com, operated by Solus Marketing, a small business in the Philippines. By creating an account you agree to them.

1. What you get

A subscription opens every mission in the library to your household, plus every new mission as it is released, for as long as the subscription is active. Mission 1 stays free to read whether or not you subscribe.

We add missions over time. We may occasionally retire or revise one — if we remove something substantial we will tell subscribers by email first.

2. Accounts

You must be 18 or older to create an account and to pay. Children read under your supervision, on your account. Keep your password to yourself; you are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us promptly if you think someone else has got into it.

One account is for one household. Please do not share your sign-in outside your family.

3. Price, billing and renewal

₱200 per month, or ₱2,000 per year, charged in Philippine pesos through PayPal. Subscriptions renew automatically on the same cycle until you cancel. PayPal handles the payment; we never see your card or bank details.

If a payment fails, PayPal retries it up to three times before the subscription is suspended. We will not cut off your access on the first failure.

We will email you before any price change. A price change never applies to a period you have already paid for.

4. Cancelling

Cancel any time from your PayPal account, under Settings → Payments → Manage automatic payments. You do not need to email us or explain why, and there is no cancellation fee.

Your books stay open until the end of the period you have paid for. We do not pro-rate a partial month or year.

5. Refunds

If something is wrong, email support@skylarmissions.com within 14 days of a charge and we will refund it in full. Mission 1 is free precisely so you can decide before you pay anything.

This is in addition to your rights under Philippine consumer law, which these terms do not limit.

6. What you may and may not do with the books

The stories, illustrations and text are our original work and remain our property. Your subscription is a personal licence to read them, not a transfer of ownership.

Welcome: reading aloud to your own children, to a class, or to a church or community group; printing a copy for your own family's use.

Not allowed: copying, redistributing, reselling or republishing the books; posting them online; or using them to train a machine-learning model.

7. Availability

We aim to keep the library open all the time, but we cannot promise the site will never be down. If an outage lasts more than a few days, email us and we will extend your subscription by the time you lost.

8. Ending an account

You can close your account at any time by emailing us. We may suspend or close an account that is redistributing our content or abusing the service — if we do, we will refund any unused time.

9. Liability

We provide the library as it is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to what you have paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

10. Changes to these terms

If we change these terms materially, we will email account holders before the change takes effect and update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the new terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, and any dispute will be handled by the courts of the Philippines.
